Privacy of Customer Data
Print Tracker is committed to protecting the privacy of your business information. Print Tracker will at all times during the term of the customer Agreement maintain commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any customer or product data that it collects, accesses or processes in connection with the customer Agreement against unauthorized or unlawful use, disclosure, processing or alteration. Print Tracker will act only on the customer's instructions in relation to the collection, use, disclosure and processing of any such customer or product data, but in all instances in accordance with Print Tracker privacy policies, all applicable laws, rules and regulations. All customer data will be held in the strictest confidence. Its access will be limited to analysis, support, maintenance, and billing purposes only to employees and agents who have a need to access the data by virtue of the services rendered.
This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Print Tracker does not own or control, or people that Print Tracker does not employ or manage.
How do we keep your information secure?
Print Tracker understands that it is a privilege to have you as a customer and is committed to protecting your business information. We use the following controls to protect your information:
Use of secure connections using SSL to safeguard information when transmitted from the customer site to the secure web server and from the secure web server to the data processor;
Use of security controls to restrict access to databases storing identifying information;
Restrict employee access to databases and impose confidentiality requirements upon employees who do have access; and
Bind subcontractors with contractual, technical and organizational measures to protect your business information.
